returns & exchanges

Once items are purchased, there are no returns for sanitary purposes.

damaged or faulty goods

1. You have three days upon delivery to report damaged items.

2. Report damaged items to laymelanin@gmail.com with an image showing damages.

3. A return label will be emailed to the email used when the item(s) was purchased free of charge.

4. Items will be fixed, and there will be no monetary refunds or exchanges.
   

5. Item(s) will be mailed to the address from the original order, with no exceptions or changes.
